Herschel joined the Tuvia Group in 2018 as a Private Client Adviser. As a part of the team, Herschel assists, guides and counsels his client investors to achieve their goals by creating, developing and implementing strategic plans for maximizing investment returns. Herschel thrives on establishing and cultivating relationships with investors and other real estate professionals to acquire, sell and exchange their real estate investments in order to achieve their investment objectives. With his extensive knowledge of the San Fernando Valley's multi-family marketplace, Herschel is able to devise investment strategies that utilize his strong knowledge base of properties, investors and access to capital.
Committed to adding value to all of his business relationships, Herschel puts his client's needs first by developing investment strategies which promote overall ease of engagement while maximizing profit and return. Herschel works to establish long-term relationships one transaction at a time with his clients and believes that trust must be the cornerstone of all of his relationships.
Before joining the Tuvia Group, Herschel assisted in establishing the Ventura office of Marcus & Millichap and cultivated the company’s presence in the Central Coast where Herschel continues to maintain strong relationships with investors and other real estate professionals from Oxnard to Santa Barbara.
Prior to graduating UCSB with a BA in communications and entrepreneurship, Herschel served in the Israeli Defense Forces for two years.
