   Matt Katz is a Multifamily Investment specialist for the top-producing Tuvia Group within Marcus & Millichap located in Encino, California.

   Focusing on core San Fernando Valley markets including Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Northridge, Panorama City, Valley Village, and North Hollywood, Matt’s expertise lies in his product specialization and his ability to approach each transaction with his client’s best interest as his primary objective.
