Nicholas Mejerski

Nick is a Multifamily and Land Development specialist. He leads the Greater West Hollywood, and Mid-City West submarkets for our group.

The predominant submarkets of his deal flow include West Hollywood, Beverly Grove, Melrose/Fairfax, Miracle Mile, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, and their surrounding communities.

In 2017 he was initially recruited by Jason as an underwriter for the team. He became familiar with the intricate elements of evaluating a client’s assets accurately and expanded on the team's marketing momentum. Since then he’s transitioned into full-time agent, and in 2020 he received one of Marcus & Millichap's "Rising Star" Awards.

His tenacity and curiosity, coupled with a commitment to a win-win approach, ensures that he will consistently deliver results that significantly advance his clients' goals.

He graduated from California State University Northridge's (CSUN) David Nazarian College of Business in 2018 with a BS in Business Administration and dual options in Business Law and Real Estate. During his time on campus, he started CSUN's only Real Estate Club which operates as a network for connecting professionals and students alike.

In his free time, he likes to spend time with his girlfriend, family, and friends. He’s currently restoring a 1970 Pontiac Le Mans with his father.
